Who we are
We’re two brothers based in Shropshire and we run Trenali Homes Ltd, a property company focused on deal sourcing and rent‑to‑serviced accommodation.
Our role is to do the hard work of finding and analysing property opportunities, so that investors and landlords can benefit from strong returns without having to be on the ground themselves.
We focus on demand, numbers and risk. If a deal doesn’t stack, we don’t offer it.
Our Story
Trenali Homes was created after we invested in our education with Samuel Leeds’ Property Investors training and saw how powerful property can be when it’s done professionally.
We noticed two common problems:
Landlords dealing with voids, low rents and ongoing hassle Investors wanting better returns but lacking the time, knowledge or contacts to find and manage deals We set up Trenali Homes to bridge that gap. As a small, family‑run business, we’re building our reputation on being straightforward, reliable and easy to work with.

We’re based in Shropshire but will consider any UK location where the demand and returns make sense.
